How long does shipping take for sports equipment?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. For oversized items like treadmills or weight benches, delivery may take 7-10 business days depending on your location.
What is your return policy on footwear and apparel?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn apparel and footwear in their original packaging with tags attached. Items showing signs of outdoor use cannot be returned.
Are the products on shop.realsports authentic?
Yes, we are an authorized retailer for all brands we carry. Every product is 100% authentic and sourced directly from the manufacturer.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support more international destinations soon.
Can I track my order in real-time?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to our tracking portal to monitor your gear's journey.
